Our Husband and Wife team has over 45 years of combined experience in construction and engineering, problem solving, supervision, and managing multi-million dollar budgets. Our priority is Customer Satisfaction, as well as providing the best quality and value for each client’s budget. Our primary goal is to give the client a truly Custom Home to suit their individual taste and lifestyle.
We offer planning and project management from prior to land purchase, architectural design, and interior finishes to a completed and move in ready home. We can also coordinate final plans and installation of landscaping for our new construction or renovated projects. Our building team includes the best and most talented local trade professionals.
All our new homes are built with Engineered Foundations and come with a Third Party Warranty that covers 1 year for finishes, 2 for mechanical, and 10 for structural components. We are fully insured and have licensed third party framing and mechanical inspections.
The objective of Vista Verde Builders LLC is to offer energy efficient, beautifully crafted, timeless designs to maximize value retention and low energy costs. We strive to incorporate “green” technology such as state-of-the-art insulating techniques, high SEER heating and air conditioning systems, site planning, solar water heating, and rain-water harvesting. We incorporate the latest Building Science techniques specific to the location of the project. We are an Energy Star Partner.
The owners personally supervise each project and we follow or exceed all current State and local code requirements and inspection schedules, even in rural areas with no municipality guidelines. Sustainable, local, and American made products are used in construction, whenever possible.
We have achieved designations of Certified Graduate Builders (CGB), Certified Green Professional (CGP), and Certified Age in Place Specialist (CAPS) from the National Association of Home Builders.
Our clients are located in Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and the surrounding areas of the Texas Hill Country.
